2. How We Use Information
We use your data exclusively to power and improve BRAVOH:
- Deliver AI-driven analytics and personalized insights
- Build your Style DNA and artistic identity profile
- Enable your AI companion conversations
- Send essential service notifications
- Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell it. Ever.
3. Who We Share Data With
Your data stays yours. We share it only when strictly necessary:
- Service providers — cloud infrastructure, AI processing, analytics partners
- Legal obligations — when required by law or to protect our legal rights
- With your explicit consent — for any purpose beyond the above
4. Third-Party Platform Connections
When you connect Spotify, Instagram, or TikTok:
- We request only the permissions you authorize
- We use read-only access — we never post on your behalf without an explicit action from you
- You can disconnect any platform at any time in Settings
- Data from disconnected platforms is permanently deleted within 30 days
5. Security
We take security seriously and implement industry-standard protections:
- End-to-end encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest
- Secure authentication via JWT tokens
- Regular security audits and continuous monitoring
- Strict access controls and audit logging
6. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
- Personal data is removed within 30 days
- All uploaded content is permanently deleted
- Anonymized, non-identifiable analytics may be retained to improve the service
